BUKU Music + Art Project 2018
BUKU Music + Art Project has revealed the second addition of artists for the 2018 event. The annual festival, presented by Winter Circle Productions, will take place March 9-10 at Mardi Gras World, New Orleans. With an ever-expanding lineup of more artists yet to be revealed, festival-goers are in for a treat.
PHASE 2 LINEUP
Phase 2 is made-up of a stellar spectrum of superstar artists. The Atlanta hip-hop trio Migos and the debut of Virtual Self get any fan of festivals ready to rage. Pop-punk heroes A Day to Remember and the genre-bending artist Rezz will play killer sets. Attendees can also be ready for an extended collab-set from Ganja White Night and Boogie T.
A rare performance by legendary hip-hop producer Jay Electronica as well as sets by electronic artists Snakehips and Jai Wolf. House and techno pioneer Green Velvet and rapper Rich The Kid add to the diversity of talent to the lineup. The Dutch electronic artist Spag Heddy will also play alongside rising West Coast rapper Lil Xan.
Local producers New Thousand and AF the Naysayer, as well as the previously announced Soulection showcase featuring Sango and ESTA. Most important, attendees of the 2018 event can expect to experience a magical weekend of diverse and talented artists. The festival will announce the final phase of talent add-ons after the New Year.
BUKU has also announced VIP-only performances including EDM DJs Graves and Medasin. Experimental producer Ducky will play alongside electro-DJ Squnto and local producer TVBO. Local trendsetters Freewater, Church* and BUKU’s non-profit partner Upbeat Academy will also join the party.
