DANCEFAIR 2018 ANNOUNCES KEY SEMINARS AND CONFERENCE DETAILS

Dancefair
Dancefair, a conference that is often regarded as a hot spot for electronic music education and a haven for industry entrepreneurs, has announced its 2018 dates along with event details. Dancefair is set to take place on February 17-18 in Utrecht, Netherlands. More than 170 artists and 300 brands will be in attendance.

Artists
DJs and producers such as Dyro, Armin van Buuren, and Brooks will be at Dancefair. Labels such as Armada, Revealed, and Spinnin’ will be hosting their own areas as well. Other represented record labels will include NCS, Musical Madness, UKF, Skink and many more.
Additional brands in attendance are to include Native Instruments, Moog, RODE Microphones, Roland, Zoom, Serato, Novation, KRK Systems, KORG and more.

Programs
There are some notable key seminars that will be taking place at the event. This includes programs such as production masterclasses in the studio with high-level DJ’s onsite conducting seminars. Topics range from production masterclasses, composing, arranging, mixing and mastering to branding, social media and motivation.
Programs are also available for the non-DJ/producer. The schedule features programs such as ‘How to start and run a record label’ and ‘Launching your career in the music industry’. Music industry professionals will have plenty of opportunities to learn more about their fields as well.

The music industry offers so many more opportunities than becoming a DJ or producer. Contributing career paths such as artist management, booking agent, or event manager are just as important.
