Giraffage Visits Orlando For Last Leg Of U.S. Tour

Giraffage, a California DJ with a smooth and electric sound made a final appearance on his “Too Real Tour” in Orlando FL.
The Social
Held at The Social, Wingtip, Sweater Beats and Giraffage took on the chilly night with incredible sounds. The Social is a small nightclub with heavy security and a great view of the stage from any position. Walking through the front door was a direct entrance to the pit and stage, as well as easy access to a long and fully stocked bar. Getting a drink was not a hard task, but getting a spot to see the sets was even easier. Whether in the pit, on the stairs, or in the back of the venue, there was not a beat to be missed by our artists.
Openers
Up first was Wingtip, who played massive mashups that absolutely killed. During the 18-year-old’s set, smoke was rolling, by-standers singing and beats shaking the club. The up and coming DJ put amazing tunes together that really portrayed his personality. He also took the opportunity to play a few of his own creations, which did not upset.

The tracks then got even hotter with the next DJ, Sweater Beats. This artist not only used a mixer and a drum set but created amazing sounds with his own guitar. Throughout his set, not only did mashups come flying out of the speakers but his own tracks lit up the room as much as his impressive electric guitar skills. Every chance this DJ got there was an impressive element added throughout his set.

Giraffage
After a kick-start to the evening from the openers, Giraffage set out to impress. Walking through a cloud of smoke onto the small stage, the song Green Tea swirled through the speakers. The crowd immediately responded with an intense energy. This artist showed us that he possesses the special skill of keeping the same beat throughout his mashups. The set was absolutely impressive as Giraffage mashed classic 90’s- beats with his own sounds.
Some of his mashups included Soulja Boy, Pony, and Pretty Boy Swag which engaged the crowd to have a great time. The atmosphere was unbelievable as melodies swelled and dropped just when you needed it most.
This indie electro trance artist came to show his twist of cultural flare as we came to expect, but overall leaving the crowd unexpectedly stunned with such a performance. I look forward to hearing more to come from this artist and seeing his name in larger locations within the next few years.
Make sure to follow these artists as their journeys take them to some amazing places and through all new sounds.
