TheLOOP is currently one of Taiwan’s leading entertainment brands. Since founded in 2001, its organizers David and Alan Hsia have brought the best entertainment to Taiwan’s nightclubs as well as large-scale events. Presently, they run three clubs: KOR, OMNI, and LUXY.
To emphasize, they are some of the most beautifully decorated venues of Taiwan. Some recent events they have put on include a 2F White Party, Halloween Massive, Fantasia, Winter Love, and Spring Love. Moreover, TheLOOP works with ID&T for the event Sensation.
This years lineup includes 50 artists that will span across three stages. Furthermore, the lineup will consist of a variety of electronic music genres. Certainly, these include house, trance, psytrance, dubstep, hardstyle, and other bass music.
Additionally, attendees will enjoy interactive art installations, camping, barbecue, and cabins with complete amenities. Furthermore, here is a look at last year’s edition of Looptopia from the festival’s Facebook album:
Q-Dance X Looptopia
Amidst the excitement this year is a partnership with dutch Hardstyle brand Q-Dance. The Q-Dance Takeover at the Monster Tower Stage will of course treat audiences to the hardstyle sounds of Brennan Heart, Coone, and Zatox, as well as Atmozfears.
Ultimately, Alan Hsia, the event organizer, believes partnerships with successful names like Q-Dance will leverage Taiwan’s presence within the EDM industry:
Using LOOPTOPIA as a platform to land artists, labels, and brands to introduce and increase interactivity with the best festival crowd in Taiwan. The collaboration with Q-Dance this year is just a beginning.
