Amsterdam Dance Event 2018 Update
Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the world’s largest festival and business conference for electronic music. Each year thousands of dance music lovers, artists, and industry experts come together in Amsterdam for five days and nights. By day, professionals gather to network and discuss aspects related to the music industry. By night, thousands of artists from across every genre of EDM perform at every available event space across the city. ADE is a music lover’s paradise with something to suit every taste. As the summer draws to a close all eyes are firmly set on the Dutch capital to come October.
As the festival program nears completion OneEDM takes a look at some of the parties popping up across the five days of ADE 2018.
D.O.D and Friends
The British Future Jack master takes over the Martin’s Social Club on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Having performed at Third Party’s Release party and Nicky Romero’s Protocol party back in 2017 D.O.D hosts his own ADE party for the first time. Due to his busy touring schedule that has seen him perform at Miami Music Week earlier this year and more recently at Tomorrowland and Creamfields, D.O.D prepares to release a new track. This time D.O.D collaborates with dance music veteran Sander van Doorn on “Let It Go”. The lineup for D.O.D’s ADE party has yet to be announced but it’s guaranteed not to disappoint. Tickets for this event are available here.

Oliver Heldens Presents Heldeep
The Dutch wonder kid returns with his Heldeep ADE party again this year. For the 2018 edition, Heldens will perform at Q Factory on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. For now, the lineup is being kept firmly under wraps. It is likely that Heldeep label mates such as Aevion, Chocolate Puma, Will K or Sidney Samson may make an appearance. Currently, Oliver Heldens is on remixing duties for David Guetta’s track featuring Anne Marie “Don’t Leave Me Alone”. Heldens upbeat version hits hard in all the right places. The vocal mix sits perfectly with the pumping groove that Heldens is known for.
Furthermore, the Dutch creative is preparing to release a slew of his own new music this fall. Tickets for Oliver Heldens Heldeep ADE party are available here.
Third Party Presents Release
The UK progressive duo is bringing their Release Records night back into the city. The intimate setting of Nova will play host to the Third Party’s label showcase on Friday, October 19, 2018. Previously, the pair held their annual ADE party at The Box on the outskirts of the city.
Third Party are putting the finishing touches on their second studio album. In addition, they released two new tracks “Free” and “Midnight” earlier this summer. The pair has chosen to maintain a predominantly British lineup with Kryder, Matt Nash, and Corey James performing at the release party. In addition, Release Records signing and Portuguese producer Pete K also joins the lineup. Tickets for this event available here.
