What to Expect
Phoenix Lights will feature two impressive days of talent including Claude VonStroke, Kaskade, Big Gigantic, Griz, San Holo and more. The
The Phoenix Lights Festival is themed “outer-space” meaning aliens and space gear. The theme stems from a strange set of lights that appeared over Arizona in 1997. Thousands of residents witnessed it and it is still unsure today, why the lights appeared. Many believe it was the work of extraterrestrials. So expect people dressed in their most creative and out of this world clothing. Aliens will dance among us. There will also be tons of places to explore with neat photo areas staged for group photos, alien sightings, and tons of merchant booths with neat festival gear.
There are four stages this year with artists performing from 5:00 P.M. until 2:00 A.M.. The four stages are named: Fallout, The Colony, Invasion, with the main stage as Mothership. Relentless Beats has divided the talent across these four stages to elevate the festival experience. For a sneak preview of which artists will play on each stage, check out the Phoenix Lights Facebook.
Cashless Event Information
This is a “cashless” event which means you will need to load your wristband with cash or link a credit card to be able to purchase any food, drinks, or merchandise while attending the festival. Festivl-goers will have the opportunity to activate your wristband or add cash at the top-up station, but bars, vendors, and merch will not accept cash or card directly.

Countdown to Phoenix Lights
Artists like Rezz, Chris Lake, and Fisher made appearances in Arizona earlier this month. Zomboy threw down at a sold-out show at the Van Buren, where the bass rocked the walls of the event center. The amazing and talented Nora En Pure also gave a spectacular performance at her sold-out show, at Shady Park on Friday. Klingande brought some funky and electro style beats to Shady this weekend, playing several instruments on stage. He had the whole crowd from the front of the venue to the back dancing. It was incredible to see him mixing some of his best music with live music.

Phoenix Lights Festival Fashion Tips
Looking for an Outfit that screams Outer Space? One EDM Has You Covered with some of the latest fashion tips for an out of this world experience this year at Phoenix Lights. Think of aliens and UFOs. Phoenix Lights Festival was named after a strange set of lights appeared over Arizona in 1997. So shiny white and grey materials, like seen on an astronaut, would be a great addition to your outfit. Anything bright green, as seen with aliens, would go great with the theme.
Feeling creative? Try looking for alien masks or astronaut helmets to really rock the out-space theme. Alien and UFO style pasties are sold in most the places we mention below and would go great with any see-through top. Other things to incorporate into your outfit could be stars, UFOs, and space station-related gear. Gather some ideas or put together your own outfit by checking out some local shops around the valley like, The Flow Shop in Tempe or Rocket a Go-Go. There are also a ton of online clothing shops to check out, iHeartRave’s Phoenix Lights Collection, Rave Wonderland, Freedom Rave Wear, and RaveReady.
