Wet Electric, the largest waterpark music festival in the United States, is returning to celebrate its 10th anniversary at the Big Surf Waterpark in Tempe, AZ on Saturday, April 27, 2019. This year’s festival features some big names in EDM such as RL Grime, Benny Benassi, What So Not, Bonnie x Clyde, Bruno Furlan, Sonny Fodera, Taiki Nulight, Tails, VNSSA and Will Clarke, with more to be announced as the festival approaches.
Presented by Activated Events and Relentless Beats, Wet Electric gives fans a unique way to kick off their summer by combing the thrills of a waterpark with the sights and sounds of an EDM festival. Past years have included high-profile artists such as Tiësto, Diplo, Dillon Francis, Borgore, Dada Life, Eric Prydz and many more.
Big Surf Waterpark will be hosting the festival and is home of the country’s largest wave pool at 2.5 million gallons. Wet Electric will be fans’ first opportunity of the year to experience Big Surf’s waterslides, luxury cabanas, bars and more, as the park doesn’t officially open until a few weeks later on May 6th.
General Admission tickets are currently on sale for $49 plus fees, with lockers also available for rent at $14 plus fees. They also have VIP passes available, as well as their more comprehensive Daybed and Cabana Packages, starting at $99 plus fees. Wet Electric is an 18 and over event.
