If a Swedish House Mafia reunion rumor doesn’t pop up about every six months… it would be disconcerting. At this point, these rumors are so commonplace that it would almost scare us if they weren’t a topic of discussion every now and again.
So how did this rumor start? It began with a post from popular YouTube music channelProximity. The channel allegedly posted the photo below with the following head-turning caption on their Facebook page:
“Hello Swedish House Mafia. 2017.”
The Proximity post has since been removed, and Axwell and Ingrosso have reportedly responded to this lastest rumor with a statement confirming there are no plans at this time for a reunion, according to
“At this point we’re not planning on reuniting and we have really no further comments on what the future for SHM looks like.” – Axwell Λ Ingrosso
