The El Paso and Dayton mass shootings
This last weekend marked the dates of two horrifying mass shootings in a time span of 24 hours. Two different shootings took place: one in Dayton, Ohio and the other in El Paso, Texas. The outcome of these so said “hate crimes” left a total of at least 30 dead and more than 50 people injured.
Of course, another national debate on gun control and violence has surfaced. However, the country was wrapped in a deep state of mourning, grief, and also anger. Similarly, members of the EDM community expressed deep emotions in response to the shootings.
