Holly’s Remix of Alison Wonderland’s “Peace”

This remix creates excitement and calmness

For the past several years, Alison Wonderland continues her rise as one of electronic music’s top female producers. The Sydney-born producer, whose musical styles include future bass, trap, chillwave, and electropop, released one of her latest hit singles, “Peace”, on April 5, 2019. Since then, “Peace” has resulted in the production of several remixes, one of them by Portuguese DJ Holly.

Holly’s fame continues to grow since he won the 2017 Goldie Award and he has performed at festivals such as EDC, Coachella, Dead Rocks, and Audiotistic. The Portuguese bass producer, whose real name is Miguel Oliveira, recently released an EP titled Alameda 1000 on May 17, 2019. Here is the review of Holly’s remix of Alison Wonderland’s hit track, “Peace”.

A Vibrant and Euphoric Remix

Holly’s remix of “Peace” starts off with a steady synth-filled tempo accompanied by Alison Wonderland’s vocals from the original version. Afterwards, the drum-beats began appeared and got faster every second until they transitioned to a euphoric bass drop. The bass drop allowed the track to have an edgier vibe that can pump up people in any situation.

Meanwhile, the bass lines reverted back to the vocals though the accompanying drum-beats are now energetic than before. Finally, the bass drop returned to conclude a remix that is a perfect combination of sounds that merged fantasy and action-adventure. This remix is perfect for any situation, whether for a gym session or while shuffling at a music festival.

Final Words

This remix of “Peace” released on September 17 and it is available for download on Spotify and Pandora. There is no doubt that Holly will become a major headliner in the bass music scene. Perhaps in the future, he might tour with Alison Wonderland, just like what Dillon Francis did earlier this year. The remix is surely a recommended musical piece for people to start their weekends with a bang.
