CRi Announces His Debut Album, “Juvenile”, via Anjunadeep

Today, French-Canadian producer CRi announces his debut album, Juvenile, alongside a brand new single, “Runaway“. The album will be available everywhere October 16, 2020. Juvenile‘s record label is Anjunadeep.
Drawing inspiration from his musical heroes Moby, St. Germain and Daniel Bélanger (who appears on the album), “Runaway“ gives us just a taste of what to expect from his highly anticipated debut. Lush chords and melodies compounded by a hauntingly beautiful vocal from Sophia Bel make this track a dreamy unique soundscape.
The track came about when CRi and Sophia Bel met up in the studio. The two started singing together, and came up with ‘I run away with you’. While it took CRi months to finalize the melody, the vocal was laid down in a single session. CRi stated that, “We recorded it in a few minutes, and we had everything we needed. It had taken me almost three months to find the right version, and then in two minutes we had a great melody.”
Once October 16 arrives, make sure to check out CRi’s newest album, Juvenile. It is going to be a great listen during the fall and winter seasons.
