Donnie Miller aka Decadon is an award-winning Producer/DJ/Guitarist from Denver, Colorado. He began his career with a foundation in rock music, as is evidenced by his passion for playing guitar. He is self-taught in guitar, piano, drums, and bass; and played in various bands throughout high school. His interest in computers, combined with his love and talent for writing and performing led him to the world of Electronic Dance Music.
After hearing his remix of Rolling Stones Gimme Shelter six months ago along with his other original tracks and given the dubstep scene in Colorado, I had no doubt this remix of Excision’s Neck Brace would be nothing short of awesome. He was able to capture the essence of the track while providing an added heaviness to the already headbanging hit and a few elements of DNB surprises.

Jeff Abel, a.k.a. Excision, hails from Canada and has penetrated the US market in a big way. He’s what the world is seeking at the moment, which is a way to vent and let go of any anxieties. His style is mostly face-melting dirty dubstep with an apocalyptic theme, featuring tones of prehistoric dinosaurs coming back to eat us to transformer-type beings to virus outbreaks. With every hard hit he makes, it leaves us craving more.
We had the pleasure to hear this live at EDC Vegas and hope to hear it again at Lost Lands. In typical Excision style, he didn’t hold back here with his latest release of Neck Brace. The entire crowd was spiraling out of control until the drop and all lost their minds. Excision consistently has a way of bringing you into his world and not letting go until he intends to or until you leave in a neck brace. This track is a perfect wake up and take on the world motivator or to be used just before a big match, so you can destroy your opponent. Either way, you will learn to crave this new hit and add it to your favorites.
