Canadian dubstep producer/DJ Jeff Abel aka Excision has released his latest installment, the ‘Lost Lands 2017 Compilation’. 27 songs rounding out just over an hour and forty minutes feature the likes of Dion Timmer, Riot Ten, Datsik, Funtcase, Squnto, JPhelpz, and more! The new compilation is out now on Apple Music, Spotify, and Google Play, or listen below.

The crowd reception has been great so far. One fan said, “This is so very dope! I love it like this. I get to hear full songs and learn about artists I’ve never heard, like Chime… This track is sick! Very grateful! Also looking forward to the live mix later today!”

Speaking of that live mix… Luckily for fans, this isn’t the only release Excision is dropping today.

While rumors have been stirring whether or not a Shambhala 2017 mix will be released this year, it is expected that Excision will release a 90-minute “annual mix” sometime later today, the first of a new series featuring highlights from his live sets over the past year.

Looking Forward: Lost Lands 2018

Earlier this fall, Excision turned to social media asking fans how he could improve next year’s Lost Lands Music Festival. One of these improvements includes bigger car camping spots. This will increase the size from 10’x30′ to 10’x50′ per campsite. Other improvements include a Loyalty Presale, Payment Plans, and warmer weather. The festival will now take place two weeks earlier from Sept. 14 – 16, 2018.

On Thursday, Nov. 30, Lost Lands will have a 24-hour Loyalty Presale for anyone who bought tickets directly from Excision in 2017. The remainder of tickets will go on sale to the general public the following day, Friday, Dec. 1 at 2 p.m. EST. For more ticketing info, click here.

Last week, Excision released his 2017 Lost Lands recap video, which you can watch below.

Excision will also embark on his annual winter ‘The Paradox’ tour in 2018, including stops all across the U.S. The tour will have support from Liquid Stranger, Dion Timmer, and Monxx. Find tour dates and ticket info here.
