Golden Features Gifts Us With New Single “Falling Out” As Part of Debut Album

Falling out

Golden Features reveals his new single “Falling Out” as a part of his debut album.

In its purest form, “Falling Out” is an indie-electro ballad. The track takes on a course of synthesized chops and floor-shattering drum beats. Furthermore, this single follows up from the unforgettable release Wolfie with Julia Stone in 2016, along with the darker piece, Funeral. All of these pieces were released exclusively on Odesza’s Label, Foreign Family Collective.

Words from Golden Features on Falling Out:

This song for me was a step away from conventional club music and a step toward traditional songwriting. It’s incredibly important to me that this album was built on songs and not single use/disposable club cuts.

About Golden Features

Tom Stell, better known as Golden Features, was previously on the rise in Australia’s music scene. He is now one of the most revered producers to exist in dance music. Additionally, he has had many successful releases including his self-titled debut EP in 2014, and its follow up XXIV EP in 2015. In that same year, he was also a sell out on his own headline Australian tour. This event sold over 10,000 hard tickets. In 2016, he released his ethereal double aside. He then jumped on board with the Australian trap goddess, Allison Wonderland for her US tour.

Golden Features made radical festival appearances at Splendour in the Grass in 2017 and earlier in the year at Field Day. This is because he quickly left an imprint of prolificity for his singular sound and now-visualization live performance.

“Falling Out” is just a taste of what’s to come this year for Golden Features. We will have to wait for this forthcoming record to debut later this year.  However, for now, this single will keep us nodding our heads.
