The British duo, Icarus, is back with an edgy, deep house, electronica track titled “Echoes“. Over the past three years, the Bristol-born brothers have grown their unique sound in a variety of ways that has given them a top spot in the House scene. With this six-minute track, they take you on a wave-like ride through an underground club that will lead you all the way into space with its deep melodic sounds.
To reflect the evolving movement of their new track, the duo commented:
“We wanted to challenge ourselves to write an instrumental track that evokes feelings without the use of any lyrics. To us it represents a journey, with evolving landscapes and changing colours as the music progresses.”
With the release of “Echoes,” we are left with a hint of what is to come from the duo in the coming months. In the more near future, they will be supporting RÜFÜS DU SOL on their upcoming Solace tour across North America as well as some U.K. tour dates.
