J. Worra Bounces Back, Making Debut on Gorgon City’s Realm Records

Scene-shaper J. Worra returns with another addictive cut this year, following her latest single “All Good.” The bass-fueled track “Bounce Back” features friend and producer Codes along with Australian via-Nigeria rapper Sophiegrophy, out on Gorgon City’s esteemed Realm Records imprint. To emphasize, J. Worra continues to nab impressive collaborations, with previous major releases on the likes of Farris Wheel Recordings, This Ain’t Bristol and Dirtybird last year.

Track review: J. Worra “Bounce Back”

“Bounce Back” delivers with J. Worra and Codes melding together their hard-hitting percussion and weighty subs, over Sophiegrophy’s smooth but feisty rap lyrics. Filled to the brim with bass, this house anthem is sure to be a festival pleaser. Furthermore, one we are looking forward to hearing on J. Worra’s upcoming Just Because tour.

About J. Worra and her tour

Today she announced her long-awaited US headline run. This taking over 23 cities in the US this spring and summer. Also, $2 per ticket and a portion of J. Worra’s own fee will be donated. Furthermore, the philanthropy goes to a local non-profit in every market. As such this includes reputable charities like Meals on Wheels, Humane Society, Hope House Colorado, Covenant House, Barc Shelter, Teen Lifeline, Austin Pets Alive, Copper’s Dream Home, and Deity Animal Rescue. All festival donations will go toward The Trevor Project. Additionally, she will donate a portion of her profits per festival to the Trevor Project.

J. Worra shared what this tour means to her – “This tour is all about giving something back. Merging the worlds of philanthropy and supporting causes that are bigger than ourselves. I have selected a charity for each city we are visiting, with a focus on LGBTQ support, food accessibility, animal rescue/anti-cruelty, suicide prevention and more. For club shows, $2 from every ticket sold along with a portion of my fee will go to the charity selected for that city. For festivals, a donation will be made to The Trevor Project for each festival play between May & July. See you guys on the dance floor!”
