Melding muscular, bass-driven riffs with heady electronics and twisted vocals, Burn is a trial by fire, scorching away shallow celebrity aspirations in service of an uncompromising musical vision. The album has been two years in the making, and is viewed by Madeaux as a “self-actualization instruction manual”: a transformational journey of striving to make timeless music in “an era where everyone likes, follows and views everything, yet values nothing.”

The 12-track LP is a journey into Madeaux’ varied influences and interests. From dark dancehall to funky house, warehouse techno and late-night cruisers, it’s an emotional listen laced by a true family of guest artists including WILLS, Poter Elvinger, Zuse, Tommy Lee Sparta, OG Maco, Josh Pan, Fifi Ron and Holly. Lead single “Run With It” features dancehall antihero Tommy Lee Sparta and is an appropriately aggressive stomper, teasing the middle finger vibes and electronic experimentation that Burn has in store.
