Rebūke reunites with DIRTYBIRD to release an exciting new record titled ‘Dial Tone’. The Irish DJ provides us with a new EP that features two sizzling new tracks.
‘Dial Tone’ explores all the different sides of Rebūke’s distinguishing sound. He wrote the first track, ‘Dial Tone’, during quarantine. It provides listeners with an electric track complte with heavy bass and hollow synths. The track, ‘Koto’, was inspired by a trip to Japan. That track meshes traditional Japanese instrumentation into a hyperactive house scape.
Rebūke has charted a swift ascension in house and techno ranks in a short time. He already garnered early career support from A-listers like Huxley, Mark Knight, and Camelphat. He secured his stardom when Jamie Jones signed his megahit ‘Along Came Polly’ to Hot Creations. Up next came the aforementioned DIRTYBIRD hit ‘Jump Ship,’ which enjoyed two weeks at the top of Radio 1 charts. He has continued to garner millions of streams on his work since then. Rebūke translates his success into a busy international touring schedule and a highly successful residency, Outhouse.
