Veteran Trance producer Robert Nickson brings another melodic track to the table with “Euphorica”. While fans have been waiting anxiously with bated breath to see how he follows up to his last, the wait is finally over.The Dutch-born talent continues his year of releases on FSOE, following a number of singles including the highly acclaimed release, “Every Sun” with Cat Martin. “Euphorica” sees a higher plane of light with its sound and presence.
Built around a mesmerizing sound, the melody invigorates happiness with warm notes and a blissful atmospheric tone. Rather than creating a “happy” track, Nickson provides us with a feeling that not too many modern uplifting tracks can give – bewilderment. Like the rest of his productions, “Euphorica” gives off a sense of wonder that only a really great production can. The melody itself comes off as innocent and pure as it reaches it’s climax, where an enthusiastic kick moves through a flurry of synth sounds.
A perfect encapsulation of the FSOE sound, “Euphorica” joins the label’s selection gracefully. It’s combination of powerful saw synths and colorful arp sequences translate emotion into sound with this definitive ‘hands in the air’ track. It may not be the riskiest effort he has done; however, it remains faithful to Nickson’s core production style and is sure to please his fans, while also nicking some new ones.
