Sir Ivan Releases Remix Pack of 2009 Cover “Happy Together”

2009 Cover of "Happy Together" Gets Remixes

Sir Ivan, also known as ‘Peaceman’ because of the signature ornate peace sign superhero cape he wears when performing, has been spreading positivity, acceptance and goodwill for over 15 years. In fact, he is known for his pop-dance covers of 1960s and early 1970s peace songs. However, he is not stopping just yet. Sir Ivan covered “Happy Together” in 2009 and its aim was spreading joy and happiness over the world. As a result of today’s social climate, Sir Ivan brought the cover back in a remix pack.

With three out of the five remixers having worked with Ivan in the past on chart-topping releases, Ivan has taken great care in appointing those for remix duties. As the likes of Moto Blanco, Bimbo Jones, 7th Heaven, Ralphi Rosario and DJ’s From Mars all have their say on the track, it is clear that we can expect great things from every single remix, especially the radio and club versions.

Sir Ivan has featured on the US and UK charts with the likes of Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry. Likewise, his co-written track with Taylor Dayne, ‘Kiss All The Bullies Goodbye’, was produced by the legendary Paul Oakenfold and it landed in the Top Ten of the UK’s Music Week Chart in 2015.

Champion of LGBT rights and PTSD victims

Furthermore, Sir Ivan has worked extensively fighting for individuals who have experienced a lot of discrimination. His nonprofit Peaceman Foundation have donated over $500,000 to various charities, including many LGBT charities, anti-bullying charities, and organizations that help those directly affected by violence, such as those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Additionally, Sir Ivan has spent over a million dollars on producing songs and music videos that champion LGBT rights.
