Album Review: Valentino Khan House Party
On August 09, 2019 Valentino Khan released his new album House Party. This is going to be a big year for the LA producer who is just returning from a period without much new music. Already in 2019, he has dropped a string of releases for the album along with two hard-hitting singles prior. Therefore, we expect him to jump back in with full force.
Valentino Khan pulled out all the stops with House Party. Undoubtedly, this album is going to be played on repeat at every house party for the rest of the summer and beyond. It is nothing but bangers and presents a variety of intriguing elements that come together into one relatable story.

The album consists of six tracks, four of which had been released earlier as singles. These tracks debuted during the House Party tour, and the collective work has been long-awaited. Collaborations through the album include the likes of Diplo, Wuki, Roxanna, and Chris Lorenzo.
Valentino Khan saved the best for last with this release. The first four set the bar high, and the album overall exceeded expectations. Check out the newest tracks below.
“What’s Your Name”
Everyone has been in this position at a house party when you want to introduce yourself. This track captures that feeling perfectly. It is mysterious, unsettling, and at the same time has the right amount of energy to make you talk to that stranger.
“BRB”
This track is exactly what you want to hear dancing the night away in someone’s living room. The drops are big, the beat is bass-heavy, and the vocals make it smooth and sexy. It is the moment at the party when you are in the zone, you have made contact, and you are working to keep that spark on the dance floor.
